Job Description:

As a member of the Leadership Development (LD) Deployment Team within the Leadership Development Center of Excellence (CoE), the Global LD Junior Partner will play a critical role in the day-to-day management and operations of U: Connect. The Global LD Junior
Partner will work alongside the Senior LD Partner responsible for U: Connect and other organizational
stakeholders to enable our vision to come to life and be sustained

Major Accountabilities:

  • Ensure continuity of the LeaderFM and Podcast production
  • Perform / manage all tasks to run LeaderFM and produce Podcast: Plan shows & podcasts, topics, guests and manage all preparation meetings with team members,
    including external supporting partner.

  • Maintain overview including dates, times & registration link + (titles & guests if known) & share
    with appropriate stakeholder groups for communications / joint promotion.

  • Create events & manage communications & promotion (via Distribution List, stakeholder groups,
    Yammer promotion, MatchLearn). Ensure events are populated on U: Connect & LeaderFM web.

  • Behind the scenes live show support & podcast production (slide & show survey preparation, host
    support, guest communications).

  • Manage data gathering process (registration & attendance download, survey distribution &
    retrieval of data) & coordinate with central data processing team; manage LeaderFM Distribution List.

  • Be an active advocate for the show and its purpose and promotion

Connect spaces (Community spaces that support leaders to further develop their Leadership)

  • Support the review of the U:Connect spaces and the link to U:Grow/U:Build/U:Explore
  • Support the creation of a People& Organization Business Partners (P&O BP) community to strengthen the continuation of the Unbossed Leadership Experience (ULE) practice


  • Coordinate exploration of different internal technology options for the U:Connect spaces
  • Lead the testing, design and deploying technology platform (MatchLearn etc)
  • Collaborating with the Insights and Innovation (I&I) team co-create the strategy for collection, review and sensemaking of data
  • Extract data from engagement channels

Communication & Engagement:

  • Explore innovative ways to promote
  • Create and maintain communication channels

Operational support:

  • Support operational and admin teams
  • Coordinate with the Learning Ops as needed in order to deliver an optimal U:Connect experience

Requirements / Experience:

  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in engaging key stakeholders and partners -understanding of their role & what they need to support the work we do
  • Strong in understanding and navigating the interconnection between the different contributing
    : The role holder should work in an integrated and collaborative way with and across the LD
    CoE, P&O, and other functional colleagues to ensure integration and alignment of work. This
    person should seek out connections and opportunities to collaborate and integrate with other
    workstreams for a collaborative and integrated experience for the organization.


  • Minimum 3 years LD, P&O project management
    experience in a highly collaborative and matrixed

  • Strong experience with operational management of
    complex projects, stakeholder engagement,
    communication and relationship building skills.

  • Proven analytical and conceptual skills, combined
    with ability to implement.

  • Experience & comfort with technology for
    collaboration, including SharePoint (use and administration), MS Teams, Yammer.

  • Ability to work within ambiguity and be flexible and
    adaptable to changing requirements

  • Demonstrated systems & strategic thinking, including the ability to look across the system, understand changing dynamics and evolve / develop plans accordingly.
  • Known for strong collaboration and networking with
    the multiple stakeholders.

  • Strategic and analytical thinking to understand, diagnose and solve complex business problems using systems lens on issues.
  • Strong relationship management skills with experience in building trust and managing stakeholder relationships in a highly matrixed environment.
